From the M5 at EXETER take the A380 towards Brixham then A3022 Brixham Road, to Brixham.

Pass 'Welcome to Brixham' sign and take left hand filter at traffic lights. In approximately 400 yards, turn left into Lindthorpe Way after Brixham Holiday Park sign.

Proceed through the estate for one mile; after passing North Boundry Road, take the next turning left to our Brixham holiday park.
