Our Coronavirus Bookings Guarantee will automatically apply to all new and existing bookings for 2020 to give you that added peace of mind.
We understand that this has been a difficult time for everyone – but we know that everyone needs a little something to look forward to. However, some of you may be nervous about booking a holiday or short break, so our Coronavirus Bookings Guarantee will help give a little extra reassurance.
WHAT DOES OUR BOOKINGS GUARANTEE MEAN FOR YOU?
- If we have to cancel your booking, we will help to find alternative dates for you later in the year, or alternatively we will arrange a credit note to be added to your account for you to redeem another time.
- You can amend your booking up to 4 weeks before your arrival date
- We’ve reduced our balance due date from 28 days to 14 before you arrive.
- If anyone in your booking party falls ill or has to isolate due to Coronavirus we will arrange a credit note for you to redeem another time, or if you would prefer, we can move your booking to an alternative date.
BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE
- Our self-catering accommodation is well spaced out, with their own front doors, giving you the space to enjoy your holiday.
- Our housekeeping/cleaning team have all been trained on the Environmental Cleaning during Covid 19 course.
- Our Food & Drink from BayView Bar will be available on site via a delivery or takeaway service. Its as easy as 1/2/3:
1 – Phone the BayView bar with you order
2 – Pay direct over the phone with a credit or debit card
3 – Your food will be ready at an alloted time for you to collect or we are happy to deliver to your accommodation.
