It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we have taken this very difficult decision to temporarily close our Holiday Park from Monday 23rd March, which we feel is the correct course of action to take, to safeguard not only our staffs safety, but also our customers and visitors alike.
Following Government Guidelines and advise we feel It is important we play our part in trying to reduce “non essential travel” and the enormous pressure on valuable local and national emergency services.
The financial burden and general worry will be high, but we know being a family business, this is absolutely the right thing to do. We have a strong team and a lot of support, we have to stay positive and not let this thing beat us.
We have taken large volumes of phone calls over the past few weeks, from many of our customers who are in the high risk category, asking the question what we can do next?? We are here to answer your calls Monday – Friday 10am -3pm, please be patient with us and should the phone line show as busy, do not hesitate to try again later, or by all means send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will call you back.
We would like to Thank You for your co-operation and patience at this uncertain time and hope you understand why we have made this very very hard decision. We cannot express how sad we all are, but feel that by taking care of each other and doing the right thing, we will all come out stronger on the other side.
Very best wishes from us all, and stay safe.
